Sidney S. Stark is the author of 3 works of fiction and a memoir, all in progress, and a book of personal essays, Twilight Perspectives, published by Momentum Ink Press and available on Amazon. She runs a micro-publishing business with her writing partner, Paul Pitcoff, producing a small number of highly targeted books per annum. She has founded and led writing workshops and retreats for writers and artists since 2009. Her blog, The Unblocked! Writer, is read by over 4,000 followers, and continues to triple its following each year. Readers come from all over the US and abroad. A born and bred New Yorker, Sidney is a passionate supporter of the performing arts and young musicians in The City.
About Paul Pitcoff
Paul Pitcoff is a partner of Momentum Ink Press and author of They Happened to Be in the Neighborhood, a memoir of growing up under the spell of many family secrets related to the Cold War. Momentum Ink will publish the book in the fall of 2017. In a former life, he was a film professor, and founding chair of the Department of Communications at Adelphi University. Paul produced and wrote dozens of award-winning documentary films. After twenty years, Paul attended law school and became a practicing attorney. He and law colleague, Betsy Krebs, founded the Youth Advocacy Center to aid teens in foster care prepare for successful transition to adulthood. They authored, Beyond the Foster Care System, Rutgers University Press, 2006. Together with Sidney Stark, he currently leads a writing group and workshops at The New York Society Library as well as creative retreats for Momentum Ink Press.
